Spot the Odd Man Out - The Rebel amongst the Masses

AP Photo/Gregorio Borgia

Bishops gather in St. Peter's Basilica, at the Vatican, during a mass celebrated by Pope Benedict XVI.

Can you spot the cleric that uses the Brand Xcommunication product or is he simply making a real fashion statement - and it's not freakin' green!

The strict dress code is so severe that the ones without purple hats are made to stand as far away as possible from the action, in the 'sinners stand back row'.

Unfortunately we were not allowed to remain in the building whilst the giant inflatable Pope figure was expanded to fill the 4 poster alter space. Nor were we privvy to the antics of the bishops in trying to climb up the giant inflatable pope figure to get onto the top of the alter piece, where they would be awarded the right to eternal life or a voucher for the gift shop.

Speaking of which, the shop contains many plastic replicas of ancient saintly and papal relics, made in Korea. Also look for the scratch and sniff inspirational picture posters, the Benedictum Monks' Rap DVD (Gettin' down on my knees in ma 'hood!) and especially the replica papal hats, said to be made from the hides of sacred cattle, hand reared and blessed by the Pope himself, but that may be bulls.

Tune in next week for the start of their new programme 'Look God, Naked!' - only on Sundays after the 'Antiques Road-rage!' Bless!
