Motorised couch banned from university campus

Remember the college days of rolling out of bed looking a hot mess and sprinting across campus to make the 7:00 am class that seemed like a good idea during registration? Well, now imagine cruising to the lecture hall in style and not risking mad dash damage to your Birkenstocks with a little help from a motorized couch.

A couple of Brigham Young University students got their handyman on and created a cushy couch that rolled through campus thanks to two twelve volt car batteries and a refashioned wheelchair. Unfortunately, BYU officials couldn’t embrace the awesomeness that is tacky furniture on wheels and banned the vehicle from school grounds. Party poopers.
